Who we are

Benefits Rebels is operated by Taylor Insurance Services, LLC, an insurance brokerage licensed in all 50 states. Contact: trey@rtaylorins.com.

What we collect

When you use the free benchmark tool, we collect: company name, state, industry, employee count, plan type, monthly premium amounts, deductible, renewal date, and your first/last name. We do not collect your email address through the free tool. If you purchase the $197 paid report, we additionally collect your email and (optionally) phone, plus payment information processed by Stripe.

What we do with it

• Generate your benchmark report comparing your plan to industry benchmarks.
• If you've received an outreach email from us, we may associate your submission with the outreach record so we can follow up appropriately.
• If you book a call, we may build an internal preparation document for the advisor who will conduct the call.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted on AWS. Payment data lives only with Stripe, never on our servers. Email delivery uses Google Workspace.

Cookies

We use a single attribution cookie/URL parameter (?t=) to associate your benchmark submission with the outreach email that brought you here. No third-party tracking pixels.

Your rights

Email trey@rtaylorins.com with the subject "Privacy" to:

• Request a copy of all data we hold on you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Request deletion. We will purge your record within 30 days.
• Opt out of future outreach. We will mark you as unsubscribed permanently.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
